Situated in the leafy suburb of Gardens, right behind the Mount Nelson hotel and painted in the same famous pink colour, the Lady Hamilton was named after Lord Nelson's beautiful mistress, Lady Emma Hamilton. The Lady Hamilton, built in the early 1950's, has a distinct colonial feel and is surrounded by historical buildings. It is within walking distance of vibrant Kloof Street with its trendy and quaint shops, deli's, top restaurants and coffee shops. Table Mountain towers above Gardens and the cable car is a short drive away. Dining / Bar Facilities: The hotel's main restaurant and terrace overlook the sparkling pool. A scrumptious breakfast buffet is served daily from 06H30 to 10H00. A terrace snack menu is available to all Hotel guests from 10H00 to 15H00. The restaurant also serves a buffet dinner from 18H30 through to 21H00. On sunny days breakfast and other meals may be taken on the terrace outside.
The hotel bar is open to all patrons from 12H00, midday to midnight.
